    Crack the eggs into a large bowl and whisk thoroughly.

    Add the erythritol, whey protein, Skyr/Greek yogurt, and cream cheese; mix until the mixture is completely homogeneous.

    Line an oven-safe dish with parchment paper, then transfer the mixture into the dish and, if desired, sprinkle raisins evenly on top.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 35–45 minutes until the surface cracks and the mixture rises significantly.
